Progress Claim - Edit - Show Claim History

Use this option to display a history to date of progress claims and retentions for a service job.

  1. Display the Job Transaction Processing screen for the job you want to invoice.

Refer to "Managing Service Jobs".

  1. Select FILE | PROGRESS CLAIM .

Micronet displays the Progress Claim screen.

  1. Select EDIT | SHOW CLAIM HISTORY.

Micronet displays the User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Optionally, you can change the displayed Job Number.
  2. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
